Work browser

Stoic Browser vs Wavebox

Two browsers for many accounts. One adds agents and automations.

The short answer

Wavebox is the stronger pick for juggling web apps across accounts, with extensions, sync and team plans. Stoic Browser is the pick when those accounts belong to products you operate and you want agents and schedules doing the repetitive work.

  • Wavebox Pro is a subscription ($8.33/mo billed yearly); Stoic Browser Pro is $29 once
  • Both keep accounts apart; both run on macOS, Windows and Linux
  • Wavebox's Brainbox is a side-panel assistant; Stoic Browser runs coding agents with browser tools
  • Only Stoic Browser exposes workspaces over MCP and replays chores on a schedule

What each one is

Stoic Browser

Stoic Browser is a desktop browser for founders who run more than one product. Each product gets a workspace with its own logins, your installed coding agents (Claude Code, Codex and 14 more) work inside those workspaces, outside agents can drive them over MCP, and recorded chores replay on a schedule. Free for 2 workspaces; Pro is $29 once.

Wavebox

Wavebox is a Chromium browser for people who work across many web apps and accounts, organised into spaces, groups and apps, with dashboards and Chrome extensions. Its Brainbox side panel chats about the current tab using included tokens, your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, or on-device models. Basic is free with limits; Pro removes them and adds cloud sync.
